Ember Academy’s forefront stands with the collaboration of services to foster a whole-child-centered approach. This means that Ember students are supported daily by highly qualified exceptional education teachers who work closely with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts and Registered Behavior Technicians daily to provide support in the classroom and ensure a safe and stimulating educational environment.

Nicole Santamore, Director of Education
Nicole Santamore is the Director of Education of Ember Academy. She has been in various roles in the field of special education for 12 years. After receiving her master's degree in Exceptional Education, she began pursuing a career in behavior analysis. She received her Board-Certified Behavior Analyst certificate in January 2023. Nicole expertise lies in the area of teaching communication to those who are non-vocal or have speech and language delays.

Tiffany Cox
Multi-Grade Levels
Tiffany Cox is our lead instructor for our multi-graded classroom for students with Level 1-2 autism. As an Alumna from the highest of hills at Florida A&M University, we are proud to have such a knowledgable and patient teacher in our school. Before her role as a classroom teacher, Tiffany was credentialed as a register behavior technician, which allows her the understanding of behavioral interventions she applies daily within her classroom.
K- 3rd Grade
Tracy Clark is our lead instructor for our K-3 classroom.
